Description

A somewhat recent change broke the libhdfs test (ant -Dcompile.c++=true -Dlibhdfs=true compile).

    [exec] tar (child): bin.tgz: Cannot open: No such file or directory
    [exec] tar (child): Error is not recoverable: exiting now
    [exec] tar: Child returned status 2
    [exec] tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
