      24/10/30 14:57:20 ERROR balancer.Balancer: Exiting balancer due an exception
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Configured cluster topology should be org.apache.hadoop.net.NetworkTopologyWithNodeGroup

      When checkReplicationPolicyCompatibility() called on Balancer.java, above error has been occurred.
