Description

In doc of libhdfs, the description It provides C APIs to a subset of the HDFS APIs to manipulate HDFS files and the filesystem. could be more friendly when we update it to It provides C APIs to a subset of the HDFS APIs to manipulate HDFS compatible files and the compatible filesystem. (Such as o3fs in Ozone)

Surely, we should include the classpath to use it.
