Description

This is a really simple UI change proposal:

The icon of "Decommissioned & dead" datanode could be improved. It can be changed from   to  so that,

1.  icon " " can be used for all status starts with "decommission" on dfshealth.html, 
2.  icon " " can be differentiated with icon " " on federationhealth.html
