Description
While Dynamometer was in the process of being committed to Hadoop, a few patches went in to the GitHub version that haven't yet made it into the version committed here. Some of them are related to TravisCI and Bintray deployment, which can safely be ignored in a Hadoop context, but a few are relevant:
