Description

In RBF doc, there are some places not describing accurately (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-13214?focusedCommentId=16389026&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Acomment-tabpanel#comment-16389026). This will mislead users sometimes.
