Major Description
ksm -createObjectStore command once executed gets the cluster id and scm id from the scm instance running and persist it locally. Once ksm starts , it verifies whether the scm instance its connecting to, has the same cluster id and scm id as present in the version file in KSM and fails in case the info does not match.
