Description

As the ProvidedDatanodeStorageInfo is shared across multiple Datanodes, it's block count shouldn't be set to 0 (in DatanodeDescriptor.updateRegInfo) when any one Datanode's registration info is updated. This prevents processFirstBlockReport from being called multiple times for ProvidedDatanodeStorageInfo.
