Description

HDFS-12305 added StateMachine for pipeline/container. However, the package location is incorrectly put under a new top-level package hadoop-hdfs-client. This was caused by my rename mistake before submit the patch.

This ticket is opened to move it to the right package under hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs.
