Description

It seems that setting up MiniDFSCluser once for all commands test will reduce the total time. To share a global cluster, the tests should use individual test directories to avoid conflict between test cases. Meanwhile, the MiniDFSCluster should not use the default root data directory; or else tests are not able to launch another cluster(s) by default.
