Description

After HDDS-9697, block token is not useful (need to confirm) and does not need to be recorded in Ratis log.

 

1. from a security perspective, having the block token in the ratis log makes no sense.
2. block token is relatively long for hsync requests. It bloats Ratis log unnecessarily.
