[HDDS-9734] ChunkInputStream should use new token after pipeline refresh

Description

HDDS-7930 updates block token if it experiences an exception reading a chunk.

However, looks like the ChunkStream has to be recreated or reset with the new block token. Otherwise it still doesn't work.
