Description

The homepage banner on the existing Ozone site does not fit with the theme since it is a real photograph. Digital banners like those used on yunikorn.apache.org or iceberg.apache.org blend with the page better, and allow text and buttons to be overlayed but still readable. We should create a banner in this style for the Ozone homepage.
