Review ZK and Curator dependencies, and get rid of them if possible

    Description

      We already had a similar effort as part of the HTTPFS GW integration. At that time weichiu said that it is related to delegation token storage and KMS integration as well not just with HTTPFSGW integration.

      Let's see if we can remove these dependencies once more.
