Description

This jira proposes reducing the log level of

    LOG.debug("DatanodeCommandCountUpdatedHandler called with datanode {}",
        datanodeDetails);

and

    LOG.debug("Received a notification that the DN command count " +
        "has been updated for {}", datanode);

to TRACE.
