    Description

      HDDS-8477 changed hadoop-hdds/rocks-native in commit f5e225007, thus subsequent builds are looking for hdds-rocks-native-1.4.0-f5e225007-SNAPSHOT in Maven repos. Since it is not found, all checks build the native module from scratch. Please update the Maven repo for this new version. Also, please create some automation for this to avoid the same problem in the future.
