Description

• Support CodecBuffer for ShortCodec and FixedLengthStringCodec.
• Avoid using of com.google.common.primitives.Longs/Ints/Shorts. Use [Long|Integer|Short]Codec instead.
• Remove duplicated code in SchemaOneChunkInfoListCodec (duplicate of ChunkInfoList.getCodec()).
