Description
As part of decommissioning, we have to delete the private key of the SCM node that is getting decommissioned. This is done when the node is available, if the node is already down we cannot delete the private keys.
In cases where the node is unavailable, it's the responsibility of the admin to delete the private keys from the decommissioned node manually.
