Description

I observe the following warning when I launch Ozone Recon.

ozone-recon-0: 2023-04-02 14:47:27,640 [main] WARN http.HttpRequestLog: Jetty request log can only be enabled using Log4j 

Checking this issue, I found spring-jcl has LogFactory or other classes with the same FQCNs as the original Apache Commons Logging.
