Description
Similar to what is done to deletedTable in HDDS-7741, the directory entries in the scope can be removed from active DB as well right after the snapshot is taken. The algo will be slightly different because of the objectId indirections hence the new PR.
Note: This should mean in SnapshotDeletingTask we need to do the same thing for deletedDirTable as for deletedTable, so that those FSO dirs are properly deleted when snapshot is deleted and reclaimed. cc aswinshakil ppogde
