https://github.com/apache/ozone/pull/4284/files https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-7988 brings in s3 tests to HA Proxy setup.

We need to improve the tests to include secure (Https and Kerberos) based S3 deployments along with HA Proxy.

This can also serve as a reference for the community for deploying HA Proxy along with S3.
