This error is seen intermittently in CI runs:

TestReplicationManager.testUnderReplicationQueuePopulated:447 expected:<ContainerInfo{id=#1, state=CLOSED, pipelineID=PipelineID=411f0558-be1f-4bd3-860c-c2d37cde9d8b, stateEnterTime=1970-01-01T00:00:00Z, owner=Ozone}> but was:<ContainerInfo{id=#2, state=CLOSED, pipelineID=PipelineID=0c1b0ac5-e915-4b27-b604-7dd344b8e552, stateEnterTime=1970-01-01T00:00:00Z, owner=Ozone}>
