Description

Currently the Ozone nightly document update is just the artifacts from Jenkins build, i.e. https://ci-hadoop.apache.org/view/Hadoop%20Ozone/job/ozone-doc-master/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/hadoop-hdds/docs/public/index.html

We should move the doc under ozone.apache.org to help with SEO.

The HBase project does exactly this https://ci-hbase.apache.org/job/hbase_generate_website/235/console and this job publishes the HBase doc here: https://hbase.apache.org/book.html
