Description

Make sure that parallel scans of containers by the on demand and background scanners do not cause errors. The on demand container scanner is updating the last scanned timestamp of containers it processes. In the background scanner, skip scanning containers whose last scanned timestamp is within a certain time frame to avoid redundant work with the on demand scanner. Also skip scanning a container on demand if it was recently scanned based on its timestamp.
