Description
After adding EC, we introduce a new parameter for maintenance redundancy:
"hdds.scm.replication.maintenance.remaining.redundancy"
We should consider if the old parameter "hdds.scm.maintenance.replica.minimum" should be deprecated, or if there is value in having separate redundancy settings for EC and Replicated containers.
