Description

Recently when I am testing, I figured out some of the DN report container still present in Open state even though SCM side container is already closed. DN was shutdown before actually container close propagated to DN. And later DN restarted and that DN reported the container in Open state.

I am not sure whether I am mossing something here, but it's worth to analyze.
