Description

Ozone recently upgraded to newer Netty (in HDDS-6097), which includes tcnative in BOM. Thus the following definition and its usages can be removed:

    <tcnative.version>2.0.48.Final</tcnative.version> <!-- See table for correct version -->

However, we need to add <classifier>linux-x86_64</classifier> to usages. (Maybe consider osx-aarch_64 as well.)
