[HDDS-650] Spark job is not able to pick up OzoneFS configuration

Description

Spark job is not able to pick up Ozone configuration.
Tried copying ozone-site.xml to /etc/spark2/conf directory as well. It does not work.

This however works fine, when following are specified in core-site.xml:

1. ozone.om.address
2. ozone.scm.client.address
