Description

Today, there are only common configs to get keystore location, password and truststore location, password, etc. This can work with docker-compose environment where each node is isolated, but when it comes to testing with mini ozone cluster or local testing with co-location of services in the same node, we need different configs specific to each service. We will need three sets of configs for OM, SCM, and DN.
