S3SecretManagerImpl#getS3Secret should (prefer to) use TenantAccessIdTable

    Description

      Currently S3SecretManagerImpl#getS3Secret only reads from S3SecretTable. It should try to read from TenantAccessIdTable first with multi-tenancy.
