Use changes from HDDS-5881 for volume chroot

    Description

      In HDDS-5881, changes were made to the OM transport layer allowing S3 authentication info to be passed from s3g to OM. We should use this updated protocol, which was recently merged in to master, to chroot s3 requests to a volume for tenancy. This is a better solution that the hack that is currently being used to accomplish this in HDDS-5645.
