[HDDS-5979] EC: Change CLI bucket default replication option name to "-type"

Description

Post HDDS-5960, we can use "-type" to indication default replication type on bucket. Before "-type" was used for bucketlayout. So, we forced to use that name("-replicationType") for bucket default replication. Since bucket layout is not using "-type" anymore, So, we can use "-type" to default replication option.
