Cherry pick HDDS-5893 to 1.2 release branch to fix MPU data loss

    Description

      HDDS-5893 identified a data loss bug in the S3 multi part upload implementation after the release branch was cut. We should cherry pick this small fix on to fix the issue in the 1.2.0 release.
