Description

This Jira to handle the refactoring task for supporting pre-allocated blocks.
Let's abstract all block group related EC block output streams into single ECBlockOutputStreamEntry. So, all required meta info for blockGroup can be maintained in one place. Implicitly this will also solve the issue of ignoring pre- allocated blocks .
