Description

The new upgrade/downgrade acceptance tests sometimes barely push acceptance test CI over the current time limit of 2 hours. See here: https://github.com/apache/ozone/runs/3536256631. This Jira will increase acceptance test timeout to 2.5 hours to be safe. This is what the integration tests currently use.
