Description

The WritableECContainerProvider needs to be able to create pipelines with excluded nodes. Therefore we should extend the pipelineManager interface to allow for passing the excluded nodes. After making that change, the WritableECContainerProvider should be modified to pass the excluded nodes to the PipelineManager.
