[FSO] Improve prefix based test cases

    Description

      This task is to revisit the prefix based test cases and avoid/minimize code duplications, if any. 

       

      Note:- TestOzoneFileSystem, TestRootedFileSystem, TestObjectStore etc cases should be needed to verify both the SIMPLE and PREFIX layouts. All these tests are verifying the ozoneClient(ofs, o3fs, objectstore)  client facing APIs and the behavior should be same for both the layouts.
