[FSO] Improve KeyDeletingService to cleanup FSO files

    Description

      Follow-up Jira to HDDS-4495, where it adds the files to DeletedTable and expects to cleanup these files by KeyDeletingService thread.

      Need to verify that, KeyDeletingService is able to cleanup these V1 files and do necessary changes to make it happen.
