Description

This Jira is to implement an API that lists all CA's of SCM nodes along with RootCA.

Example output returned by this new API:
SCM1 CA
SCM2 CA
SCM3 CA
SCM1 RootCA

And to implement getRootCA which returns the root CA which has signed the certificate for other SCMs.
