Description

In HDDS-4882 a new ReplicationConfig is introduced. This patch shows how can it be used between OM and SCM on the protocol.

This patch is not a full refactor of SCM it focuses on the SCM protocol side only. Pipeline manager can be improved in follow-up patches...
