    Description

      In ValidateAndUpdateCache any request specific logic error should be handled and returned back as response with error code to the end client.

      In OM HA applyTransaction if it is any run time error, we terminate OM. This is to done to not to diverge DB across OM's .

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. HDDS-5761 should not shutdown om when setting a bigger bucket quota than volume quota
