[HDDS-4389] Disable Rocksdb caching when performing Trash specific operations

Description

The idea here is to not cache keys that are in trash i.e after deletion since they are going to get deleted anyway ( except if user recovers ) and keeping it in cache will only populate it unnecessarily.
