Next>> links at the bottom of some documentation pages seem to be out of order.

• Simple Single Ozone ("easy start") should link to one of the intermediate level pages, but has no Next link
• Building From Sources (ninja) should be the last (no Next link), but points to Minikube (intermediate)
• Pseudo-cluster (intermediate) should point to the ninja level, but leads to Simple Single Ozone (easy start)
