Description

Cleanup container-service's ozone.container.common package. The following classes have been refactored and re-implemented. The unused classes/ methods should be cleaned up.

1. org.apache.hadoop.ozone.container.common.helpers.ChunkUtils
2. org.apache.hadoop.ozone.container.common.helpers.KeyUtils
3. org.apache.hadoop.ozone.container.common.helpers.ContainerData
4. org.apache.hadoop.ozone.container.common.impl.Dispatcher
5. org.apache.hadoop.ozone.container.common.impl.ChunkManagerImpl
6. org.apache.hadoop.ozone.container.common.impl.KeyManagerImpl
7. org.apache.hadoop.ozone.container.common.impl.ContainerManagerImpl
8. org.apache.hadoop.ozone.container.common.impl.Dispatcher

Also, fix integration tests broken by deleting these classes.
