Description

The main goal is to simplify the configuration requirements for Ozone components.

The idea is to merge the service discovery information (which is already implemented in a simple form) and merge it with the current ozone-site.xml and make it available for all the services.

Other services (such as OM, s3g) and client can download the current configuration from SCM and register the host information.
