Description

Add a lastTransactionInfo field in SnapshotInfo to check for transactions in flight on the snapshot. This field can be compared against OMTransactionInfo table value to see if all transactions have been flushed to disk. We need this since all tables don't have a cache which could lead to wrong results when an iterator is initialized by a background service if all the transactions haven't been flushed to disk.
