    Description

      As per the discussion on HDDS-1085, we have to evaluate

      • Moving over rocksdb checkpoint request to be perhaps invoked via RPC to create snapshot and HTTP to be read an existing snapshot instead of doing all that operation in a single blocking call. cc anu
      • Add functional testing to cover end to end test of checkpoint download/streaming capability.
      • Evaluate the need to tar/untar the checkpoint artifact generated by RocksDB.
