    Description

Our current base image is based on debian (openjdk:8-jdk).

Based on informal statistics the majority of the hadoop users and the potential Ozone users use centos/redhat. I propose to test Ozone with centos base image instead of debian one.

      There are two options here:

      1. Provide two base images (one for debian one for centos)
      2. Update the apache/hadoop-runner to use centos instead of debian

      (1) is more generic but it requires more work to maintain. (2) is more simple, but we need to test docker-hadoop-2 and docker-hadoop-3 branches to be sure that they work together with centos base image.
