Description

1. A singleton manager for a Datanode that is responsible to update merkle tree for each container.
2. Support updating or add a list of blocks 
3. Support deleting a list of blocks
4. Calculate Container checksum after sorting the individual chunks, blocks 
5. Calculate the deletion checksum
