    Description

      SCM automatically schedules reconciliation for the case where there are 3 of a container that doe not agree on the Merkle Tree. For cases where container repairs or decomissioning needs to take action is not covered in this Jira. This is only for the stable state of having 3 copies that do not agree on the values for the Merkle Tree.
